1. Overview
1.1 Purpose

1.2 System
The N2 storage cabinet includes a cabinet, a temperature and humidity display control system, a self-made nitrogen system, a dehumidification module, automatic nitrogen replenishment, a controller calibration reminder, a safety protection device, etc. Memory temperature control dehumidification, data storage, and a dual sensor control system can also be selected according to actual needs.

3.1 Structural method
The box is made of anti-static painted steel plate or stainless steel, with partitions inside. The front of the door is a tempered glass window, with a pressurized flat lock installed on the door. There are movable storage partitions inside, and an integrated universal mobile static caster at the bottom. The top is a temperature and humidity display control device, and the back is a dehumidification module system.
3.2 Material composition
The cabinet is made of Baosteel steel plate with anti-rust treatment and anti-static double-sided paint, high-strength cabinet body, overlapping structure design, and good sealing performance. The static resistance value is 106~109 ohms, with strong corrosion resistance, avoiding static electricity generated by low humidity to better protect the product.
3.3 Structural strength
The overall load-bearing capacity of the equipment is ≥600Kg (uniform load).
3.4 Gate
1) The main door of the studio is a suction door that opens to the left at the front.
2) The door frame is surrounded by magnetic sealing strips to ensure the box is sealed.

4.1 Automatic nitrogen filling
Automatic program-controlled sensing system, real-time data in the cabinet is transmitted to the screen. When the value in the nitrogen cabinet reaches the set value, the system automatically cuts off the nitrogen supply. When it exceeds the upper limit of the set value, the system automatically opens the nitrogen supply. Balanced point-type gas supply is evenly distributed to improve protection.
4.2 Pressure Control
Equipped with a pressure reducing device, with pressure display and pressure control, real-time data presentation. Adjust the gas pressure and flow entering the N2 cabinet, balance the slight pressure difference inside and outside the cabinet to maintain the positive pressure state inside the cabinet, and improve the product's anti-oxidation performance.

The solenoid valve adopts the Japanese imported brand SMC, 24V safe low voltage design, precise control without heating, ultra-long life and stable operation.

6. Control system
6.1 Principles of Homemade Nitrogen
No external nitrogen is required, achieving 100% nitrogen saving. Nitrogen purity: 95%-99.9%, outlet pressure: 0.01-0.3Mpa, nitrogen flow rate 5L~15L/Min, nitrogen outlet dew point ≤ (-60℃), compact design, high safety performance. No phthalates, no organic steam nitrogen generator. Pressure swing adsorption nitrogen production (PSA nitrogen production for short) is an advanced gas separation technology. It uses high-quality carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as adsorbent and uses the pressure swing adsorption principle (PSA) at room temperature to separate air and produce high-purity nitrogen. The diffusion rates of oxygen and nitrogen gases on the surface of molecular sieves are different. Gas molecules with smaller diameters (O2) diffuse faster and enter more of the carbon molecular sieve micropores. Molecules with larger diameters, N2, diffuse slower and enter less of the carbon molecular sieve micropores. By utilizing the difference in the selective adsorption of nitrogen and oxygen by carbon molecular sieves, when compressed air passes through the carbon molecular sieve adsorption tower, oxygen is enriched in the adsorption phase and nitrogen is enriched in the gas phase, which can separate oxygen and nitrogen and continuously produce nitrogen under PSA conditions. The homemade nitrogen device has the characteristics of no phase change during the separation process, small nitrogen pressure loss, low energy consumption, simple operation, and no moving parts. It can work continuously and stably, and the nitrogen flow rate can be adjusted as needed. The temperature and humidity display controller has an operation interface, and an optional software recording port can be used to process and store data. The equipment has stable performance and a long service life.
