 Intelligent oxygen-free oven overview:

Oxygen content control: equipped with oxygen concentration sensor probe, nitrogen control: pressure reducing valve + dual flow meter nitrogen saving system, saving nitrogen consumption in oxygen-free and low-oxygen environments. When the oxygen concentration is higher than the set value, the electromagnetic valve connected to the gas supply equipment automatically opens and automatically fills the box with nitrogen; When the oxygen concentration is lower than the set value, the electromagnetic valve connected to the gas supply equipment automatically closes and transmits real-time data to the external display;
*Nitrogen device: nitrogen dedicated rotor flowmeter, nitrogen pressure reducing valve at the air inlet end, gas source pressure and actual inflation pressure dual meter pointer display;
oxygen content: can be stabilized at 20ppm (other oxygen contents are optional: < 5000, 3000, 1000, 200, 50ppm, 30ppm,)

   *AMEST 20ppm oxygen-free oven is particularly suitable for the special process requirements of precision electronic components, PI, BCB glue high temperature curing baking, photoresist curing, and dust-free drying of electronic ceramic materials. It forms a high temperature, low oxygen (oxygen-free), clean environment, which is particularly suitable for the non-oxidative drying and baking process requirements of semiconductor manufacturing, COB packaging, IC packaging, quartz glass, medical and health care, flexible circuit board printing, precision mold annealing and other industries.

★Circulatory system:

Circulation system: Forced horizontal air circulation. The air source is driven by the circulation motor to drive the fan wheel through the electric heater, and the hot air is sent to the inside of the oven through the air duct. The hot air after use is sucked into the air duct as a source for recirculation and heating, thereby reducing energy loss and ensuring the temperature uniformity in the oven. When the door opening and closing action causes disturbances, the air circulation system can quickly restore the operating state temperature value
