3.1 Structural method
The box body is made of anti-static painted steel plate, with partitions inside . The front of the door is a tempered glass window , with a pressurized flat lock installed on the door. There are movable storage partitions inside, and an integrated universal mobile static caster at the bottom. The top is a temperature and humidity display control device , and the back is a dehumidification module system .
3.2 Material composition
The cabinet is made of Baosteel steel plate with anti-rust treatment and anti-static double-sided paint, high-strength cabinet body, overlapping structure design, and good sealing performance. The static resistance value is 10 5 ~10 9 ohms, with strong corrosion resistance, avoiding static electricity generated by low humidity to better protect the product.

4.1 Principle
Imported DC axial flow motor fans are used, with circulating balanced control and high-pressure horizontal circulating air suction mode. The circulating motor drives the fan blades to quickly deliver the product moisture and the moisture in the box to the dehumidification module, and the moisture is removed after passing through the filter element to achieve the purpose of rapid dehumidification and ensure the uniformity of humidity in the box.
4.2 Product material
It uses ABS resin environmentally friendly materials, all-copper coils, 100% copper wire wrapping, the copper wire is soaked in safe insulating paint for 12 hours, and has 30 pure silicon copper sheets built in. High-strength, high-toughness, thickened fan blades, one-time injection molding, light and high, not easy to deform and break.

6.1 Dehumidification module
The intelligent dual-humidity control host runs automatically after startup without human intervention. The host contains a new dehumidification filter element, which uses aviation technology memory to make the alloy control valve dehumidify, and has an intelligent microcomputer program control system for dehumidification. The dual-humidity control dehumidification and constant humidity technology automatically determines the humidity in the box to determine the working time. The humidity will drop within the preset time and automatically start the cycle mode. The host shell is made of high-temperature flame-retardant material, which can withstand high temperatures up to 300 degrees and has high safety. It has a moisture absorption protection function when the power is off, and the power-off physical moisture absorption and filling function can still be used to continue dehumidification. The humidity will not rise by more than 10% within 24 hours in the re-humidification state. The host dehumidifies silently and has an ultra-low energy consumption and environmentally friendly design.
*The entire operation mode of the dehumidifier host, valve opening and closing time, dehumidification time, moisture absorption time, moisturizing time, upper and lower limit setting values can all be controlled and adjusted through the controller background (own intellectual property rights, patent number ZL 2021 2 0175510.8).
6.2 Rapid dehumidification
The dedicated dehumidification host plus the PTC cycle rapid dehumidification module can at least double the dehumidification speed. The core material of the host is a new filter element. The emergence of the dual humidity control system avoids the slow dehumidification caused by the single control of traditional physical moisture absorption and time dehumidification. The motor fan blades send the moisture to the host and filter it quickly in real time after passing through the dehumidification module. It plays a vital double protection for products with high requirements for storing moisture-sensitive components or operations with frequent door openings and closings, which will completely change the high storage standards in the future. The control system can run uninterruptedly 24 hours a day for many years, and has temporary power-off dehumidification protection.
