Electronic moisture proof box

Normal temperature automatic industrial electronic moisture proof box, currently on the market, has many names such as "industrial electronic moisture proof box", "electronic drying box" and "moisture proof cabinet". Its dehumidification principle is divided into two categories: refrigeration type and moisture physical decomposition and removal type. Among them, the refrigeration type uses semiconductor refrigeration sheets to remove moisture from the air by condensing and condensing. Since the refrigeration type electronic moisture proof box cannot reduce the humidity to below RH10% specified by the IPC/JEDECJ-STD-033 standard, it is not discussed in this article. The moisture physical decomposition and removal type electronic moisture proof box can reduce the humidity in the box to below 10%RH at room temperature. With the implementation of the IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 standard in China, the normal temperature automatic electronic moisture proof box has begun to be widely used in the electronics industry. The moisture physical decomposition and removal type industrial electronic moisture proof box is an electromechanical integration product. According to the power source generated by its mechanical action, it is divided into two categories: memory alloy drive and micromotor drive. The purpose of its power is to drive the opening and closing of the dehumidification and moisture removal door of the moisture proof box to achieve the purpose of discharging the moisture in the box to the outside of the box. Whether the dehumidification door can reliably open and close for a long time is the most important key factor affecting the life and reliability of the dehumidification box and the safety of the stored items.

The so-called memory alloy is to add some nickel-titanium alloy components to the metal material, and then draw it into a spiral spring. The memory alloy spring is placed in an aluminum tube with a heating device, and then forms a connecting rod motion mechanism with the reset tension spring and the pull rod. The heater is powered on and heated, so the memory alloy spring is shortened by heat and gradually generates tension, which opens the dehumidifier's dehumidification door to discharge moisture in a few minutes to more than ten minutes. After the timing is completed after dehumidification, the heater is powered off and cooled, the memory alloy spring is cooled and stretched by the reset spring to restore, so that the dehumidification door of the dehumidification host is closed, and the dehumidification host dries the air in the box. This is repeated back and forth to achieve the purpose of dehumidification.
