The difference between high and low temperature impact test chamber and rapid temperature change test chamber
1. The difference in box structure
1). The high and low temperature impact test chamber is composed of a high temperature chamber, a low temperature chamber, and a test chamber. There are three chambers in total. (Take the three-chamber type as an example)
2). The rapid temperature change test chamber only has a test chamber, a total of one chamber
2. The difference in temperature change
1). The temperature change of the high and low temperature impact test chamber is to complete the conversion from warm to warm and warm to warm shock within five minutes. It is to convert the temperature instantly, and the conversion rate is very fast, so it is usually called a temperature shock tester. And the temperature shock is completed under nonlinear conditions. The principle of temperature shock is that when high temperature testing is required, the temperature of the high temperature storage box is automatically transferred to the test chamber through control to achieve the effect of high temperature shock, and low temperature shock is equivalent. The main test purpose is temperature shock.
2). The temperature change is to complete the cooling and heating within a specified time, which is divided into nonlinear and linear. For example, a device with a temperature range of -40 degrees to 80 degrees, under the condition of linear cooling, it takes 24 minutes to reach -40 degrees from 80 degrees to -40 degrees at 5 degrees per minute. The time is slower than that of the Wuhan hot and cold shock test machine, and much faster than the general high and low temperature test machine, because the standard Wuhan high and low temperature test chamber is nonlinear at 1 degree per minute. Of course, this equipment with 10 degrees, 20 degrees, and 30 degrees per minute can also complete heating and cooling in a very short time. The purpose of the test is to quickly heat and cool, so it is also called a fast heating and cooling test machine.
III. The difference in refrigeration medium
1). The high and low temperature impact test chamber uses environmentally friendly R404 and R23 refrigerants as refrigeration media.
2). Rapid temperature change test chamber takes the model with a temperature of more than 10 degrees per minute as an example. The refrigeration medium is liquid nitrogen (of course, refrigerants are also used for those below 10 degrees, but they are not common)
IV. Differences in relevant standards
1). High and low temperature shock test chamber meets the requirements of GB/T2423.1-2008 test A, GB/T2423.2-2008 test B, GB-T10592-2008, GJB150.3-198, GJB360A-96 method 107 temperature shock test.
2). Rapid temperature change test chamber meets the requirements of GB/T2423.1.2-2001 GJB150.5 GB10592-89 test
