 Overview of intelligent clean dust-free and oxygen-free oven:

Oxygen content control: The oxygen content monitor communicates with the touch screen human-machine interface, and automatically discharges oxygen and raises the temperature. In order to better prevent the product from moisture and oxidation, it is equipped with an oxygen concentration sensor probe. When the oxygen concentration is higher than the set value, the solenoid valve connected to the gas supply equipment automatically opens and automatically fills the box with nitrogen; When the oxygen concentration is lower than the set value, the solenoid valve connected to the gas supply equipment automatically closes and transmits real-time data to the external display;
*Nitrogen device: Dual-flow inlet solenoid valve automatic switching control to save nitrogen, nitrogen-specific rotor flowmeter, nitrogen pressure reducing valve at the air inlet end, gas source pressure and actual inflation pressure dual gauge pointer display;
Oxygen content control range: < 5000, 3000, 1000, 100, 50ppm, 10ppm

Dust-free clean filtration:

1. When used in a normal environment, it can ensure that the internal grade of the oven reaches Class 100/1000/10000 (cleanliness grade is optional)
2. Full-circle argon welding, high-temperature resistant silicone rubber, SUS304# stainless steel electric heating generator, to prevent dust generated by the machine itself;
3. Imported SUS304#1.5mm thick mirror stainless steel plate or national standard mirror stainless steel material is used, and it is cleaned with alkaline soda water to remove oil and dirt
to avoid PARTICLE during baking;
4. The plane is horizontally supplied from back to front, and then the
air is supplied to the front door (special air duct design) through the US imported HEPA Filter 24"×24"×5-7/8" device, with a filtration efficiency of 99.997%, Class 100, exhaust port: 3"φ (with automatic opening and closing damper)

★Circulatory system:

Circulation system: Forced horizontal air circulation. The air source is driven by the circulation motor to drive the fan wheel through the electric heater, and the hot air is sent to the inside of the oven through the air duct. The hot air after use is sucked into the air duct as a source for recirculation and heating, thereby reducing energy loss and ensuring the temperature uniformity in the oven. When the door opening and closing action causes disturbances, the air circulation system can quickly restore the operating state temperature value

Control system: equipped with intelligent PLC touch screen human-machine interface, oxygen content, temperature and human-machine interface communication, multi-stage programmable oxygen exhaust, temperature rise and fall operation, online time display, data recording/curve display, MES networking connection and other controls.

Over-temperature protection: Built-in over-temperature protection device, which will automatically alarm and cut off heating when the temperature exceeds the set upper limit.

Temperature measuring device: Purchase imported brand BA temperature sensor, accurate temperature measurement, stable and reliable  

Timing device: built-in automatic timer, 0-9999/M/H (minutes/hours), baking time can be preset 

Alarm device: After the constant temperature time is over, the heating will be automatically cut off and the sound and light alarm will be given
